• I am having issue using the Coupon Code. What do I do?

  It could be due to one of the following reasons. Please double check:

  • If the coupon code has expired
  • The coupon code is for one-time use only
  • Each order can only use one coupon code
  • The coupon code may not be valid for “Sales & Clearance” items.

• Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

  To ensure fast processing time, we are unable to amend any orders after it has been paid for as it will cause delay in the delivery of your order. This applies to both customer information and ordered items.

• Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind?

  You may cancel your order if the order is still in processing status.
